************* IMPORTANT NOTE *************
An update to Microsoft Office is causing some login errors or “Add New Service” popups.
To fix this, close ALL Office programs: Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint. Ensure they are all closed. (Your internet browser, e.g. Edge, Chrome, is not part of Office.)
- Open Word.
- Click File in the top left.
- Click on Account in the bottom left.
- Click on Manage Settings in the top left.
- Scroll down to “All connected experiences” and untick “Turn on all connected experiences”.
- Press OK and close Word. Open Outlook and confirm popup has disappeared.
If it persists, start from the beginning, closing all Office apps.
