If Outlook asks for your password, your Windows password has likely expired. You will need to log out of Windows and log in again with YOUR username, where you will be asked to reset your password.

An update to Microsoft Office is causing some login errors or “Add New Service” popups.
To fix this, close ALL Office programs: Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint. Ensure they are all closed. (Your internet browser, e.g. Edge, Chrome, is not part of Office.)
If it persists, start from the beginning, closing all Office apps.
