If you are remote, connected to the VPN, but are for some reason unable to access the network drive(s), enter the following into File Explorer:
\\10.10.4.7
From there you will see all the shared folders.
************* IMPORTANT NOTE *************
An update to Microsoft Office is causing some login errors or “Add New Service” popups.
To fix this, close ALL Office programs: Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint. Ensure they are all closed. (Your internet browser, e.g. Edge, Chrome, is not part of Office.)
If it persists, start from the beginning, closing all Office apps.
