SBC Box possibly offline.

Your SBC box is a small black device (a Raspberry Pi) which should be in the network cabinet. Check its connections and unplug power, leave unplugged for about 10 seconds, then replug.

Looks a little like this with an embossed raspberry on the top. About 4 inches x 3 inches.
